壹.ZnO標準貯備(bei)液的制備(bei):
將ZnO基(ji)準在(zai)瓷坩堝中(zhong)於900℃溫(wen)度下(xia)灼燒1小時(shi),取(qu)出稍冷(leng),於幹燥(zao)器(qi)中(zhong)冷(leng)至室溫(wen)(約20分(fen)鐘(zhong))後(hou),稱取(qu)基(ji)準ZnO 1.0000g於燒杯(bei)中(zhong),加(jia)HCl(1+1)20ml,使其(qi)全部(bu)溶(rong)解後(hou),轉(zhuan)入200ml容量(liang)瓶中(zhong),以水定(ding)容(rong),此標準貯備(bei)液含5mgZnO/ml。
二.ZnO標準溶(rong)液的制備(bei):
吸(xi)取(qu)20mlZnO標準貯備(bei)液於500ml容(rong)量瓶中(zhong),以水定(ding)容(rong)。搖勻,
此標準溶(rong)液濃度為(wei)200μgZnO/ml。
三.樣品(pin)溶(rong)液的制備(bei):
稱取(qu)氧化鋅樣品(pin)(不(bu)烘(hong)水分(fen))1.0000g於燒杯(bei)中(zhong),加(jia)HCl(1+1)20ml,使其(qi)全部(bu)溶(rong)解後(hou),轉(zhuan)入200ml容量(liang)瓶中(zhong),以水定(ding)容(rong),作為(wei)測 Fe2O3的(de)溶液,吸(xi)此液20ml(用(yong)配(pei)制(zhi)標準的(de)同壹支(zhi)20ml大肚(du)吸(xi)液管)於500ml容(rong)量瓶中(zhong),以水定(ding)容(rong)。搖勻,供(gong)測ZnO用(yong)。
四.ZnO的測定(ding):
1.鋅顯色(se)液的配(pei)制(zhi):稱(cheng)取(qu)Rx試劑(ji)400mg於500ml燒杯(bei)中(zhong),加(jia)水180ml,加(jia)TEA(1+1)20ml,攪勻,溶(rong)解(jie)*後(hou)備用(yong)。(用(yong)時(shi)配(pei)制(zhi))
2.測定(ding):吸(xi)標準,樣品(pin)各10ml於100ml容(rong)量瓶中(zhong),以鋅顯色(se)液定(ding)容(rong),搖勻,5-20分(fen)鐘(zhong)內(nei)測定(ding),以剩(sheng)余(yu)鋅顯色(se)液作空(kong)白。C通(tong)道(dao),K=0.6。倍率(lv)為(wei)10。
五(wu).Fe2O3的測定(ding):Fe2O3參(can)比濃(nong)度(du)10μg/ml。
吸(xi)二次水10ml作空(kong)白,吸(xi)常規 Fe2O3標準溶(rong)液10ml,吸(xi)ZnO樣品(pin)母液10ml於小瓶中(zhong),各加(jia)H2O2(1+20)1滴,加(jia)鐵試(shi)劑1ml,搖勻,10-20分(fen)鐘(zhong)內(nei)測定(ding)。1通(tong)道(dao),K=0。
